Recently, the group standard 'Processing Technology Specification for High-Temperature Titanium Alloy Materials for Aerospace,' which is issued by the China Metal Materials Circulation Association and highly anticipated in the domestic aerospace materials field, has officially been implemented.  

As one of the core drafting units of this standard, Henan Xinkaiyuan Petrochemical Pipeline Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Tuoshan Heavy Industry Holdings, has been deeply involved in the preparation process from the very start. This standard focuses on aerospace high-temperature titanium alloy materials used under service conditions of 400–650°C, standardizing the entire process from raw material selection, smelting, hot forging, forging, cutting, rolling, heat treatment, to product quality inspection. It provides a unified process reference and quality benchmark for the upstream and downstream of the industry chain. As the core pillar of Tuoshan Heavy Industry's high-end manufacturing segment, the company leverages its strong technical expertise in titanium alloy heat treatment and precision forming, integrating hundreds of aerospace engineering cases and measured data, continuously providing full-process technical support for the standard formulation.
